Website Policy
The Association operates an English language website with the intention of supporting ITP sufferers, their families and friends.
Some aspects of ITP and its treatment are only available from the Association's printed publications.
The website is implemented, funded and managed solely by the Association from voluntary donations without commercial support and the content is subject to review by leading ITP experts.
The website is designed:-
1. To provide information that is completely free from commercial
interests
2. To be as up to date as reasonably practicable
3. To be as accurate as reasonably practicable
4. To be easy to navigate, both for new and experienced internet users
5. In plain simple English
6. To have no advertising
Although every effort is made to ensure that the information given on this website is correct and up to date, the Association cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions. Association personnel are not able to give clinical advice, please contact your personal clinician.
