Many readers tell us that they find The Platelet a 'lifeline'. Often isolated and frightened by a rare and complicated sounding disorder ITP can seem very threatening, especially when it is first diagnosed. The Platelet can offer comfort to readers and help them to feel supported and understood.

Many previous articles from The Platelet are reprinted in the form of factsheets and are available to Association members on the Publications Order Form (enclosed with the information pack).

If you are on the mailing list and would like some of the articles in previous editions of The Platelet, please click here to get the Free publications request form. Click here to see a list of the available articles.

The ITP Support Association acknowledges its gratitude to Amgen, Baxter BioScience UK, Bio Products Laboratory, CSL Behring, GlaxoSmithKline, Grifols UK Ltd, and Octapharma for sponsoring printing and distribution costs of The Platelet.
