The ITP HealthCare Card which supplies essential details in an emergency is produced at the Association headquarters. It is designed to be inexpensive, yet contain relevant and instant information about the patient - medical condition(s), drugs taken, allergies, contact phone numbers, GP and hospital 'phone numbers. Emergency details are useful, not only for the unconscious patient, but sometimes even the trauma of a minor incident or accident can leave a person confused and unable to remember a simple thing like their own telephone number.This laminated waterproof card costs just £5, is the size of a credit card, and can fit into a wallet or credit card holder.
