  • Dr B-M a huge asset, very straightforward and fun. Very glad of Prof. Newton's contribution, feel it should be taken further
  • Professor Semple's talk was possibly too technical for the layman but he did his best to put over a technical subject which was more appropriate for the earlier day's medical people. Even so, there were one or two points which could be picked up on in conclusion and as someone not afflicted with ITP it seems one of the "better" chronic complaints to have. Everyone looked so healthy!!
  • Congratulations to all involved in the organisation of the convention. I am glad to have been treated in an excellent haematology unit (Newcastle-on-Tyne, Dr. Graham Jackson). With only a small number of ITP patients I think that the specialist centres to lead treatment are important. Best wishes for a good recovery for Mrs. George.
  • An excellent and informal experience that has increased our confidence about ITP drastically. Thank you.
  • Very informative and extremely well organised.
  • The time for discussion groups was too short and I feel it is an important issue for the participants. Questions to the panel involved the participants in a good way.
  • The rooms are hot and cold, hot and cold. You seem to Have run over time with every lecture.
  • A very instructive, informative and enjoyable day. Thank you.
  • Many thanks for a good day.
  • First lecture was too technical but all the rest were good.
  • 1st Lecture was a bit too technical but had some interesting points. Difficult one to get right. More time for discussion groups would be good too, especially adult ITP.
  • This has been a very interesting and informative day. Enjoyed the lectures and the discussion groups. Also met people with similar problems. Thank you Shirley and team for planning the day.
  • Everything very well organised as usual, thank you. Carry on the good work.
  • Lectures may be too technical for newly diagnosed patients.
  • An excellent day, very informative, thank you.
  • Very well organised, informative and enjoyable.
  • 30 minute lectures are perfect. Speakers were excellent.
  • Discussion topics relevant to young suffers (re pregnancy). Better vegetarian since last time.
  • Excellent convention.
  • I would like transcripts (not just slides) because some of the lectures are very technical. Perhaps we could record them?
  • Very good convention, as always.
  • Good and informative as usual, excellent.
  • 1st Talk a bit too technical for me
  • Thank you for all hard work in arranging something like this and also to people who gave talks.
  • An enjoyable and informative experience.
